I'm not sure if the recipe has changed or what, but the texture of my latest order was totally different from how it's been in the past. It's now very mushy. Please bring back the old recipe!

Good substitute for ground meat

I use this to substitute in place of meat in allot of entrees, soups, meatballs, burgers, meatloaf, and casseroles. I just add a few seasonings to the vegetarian burger like garlic powder, McKays beef seasoning, garlic cloves and onions. Sometimes vegan Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke depending on what flavor I’m going for.
I use the vegetarian burger for many meals that I make for my family and it’s very tasty.

I grew up on this and I am 66 now. So it has been around a long time. I use mainly for making meatloaf, but I guess you can use it inplace.of ground beef .
