At Loma Linda Food, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process. You may return items within 91 days of delivery for a refund.
If There's an Issue with Your Order
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or defective item, or if your order doesn't match the description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Often, we can resolve the issue without the need for a return, making the process even smoother for you.
Time Frame for Returns
Most items are eligible for returns within 91 days from the delivery date. If an item has a different return policy, it will be clearly stated in the product's description under the "Returns and Refunds" section for transparency.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us via our Contact Us page or email us at returns@lomalindafood.com. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or a Prepaid Shipping Label, depending on the nature of the return.
Who Covers Return Shipping?

Buyer’s Remorse: If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (such as changing your mind, disliking the item, or ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Buyer’s remorse returns may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the product's brand and size.

Non-Buyer’s Remorse: If the item arrives damaged, defective, missing items, or is significantly different from the description, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order for the replacement. Once your return is processed, we will issue the refund.
Refund Process
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund. Please allow up to 3 business days for us to complete the refund after receiving the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will be notified via email once your return has been fully processed.
Restocking Fees
For returns related to buyer’s remorse, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied based on the brand or manufacturer of the product and its size.
