Same-Day Handling
- Orders placed before 1 PM MST on business days (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 1 PM MST will ship on the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Shipping Costs & Options
- Orders under $49: Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Orders over $49: Enjoy free economy shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: At checkout, you can select expedited shipping for faster delivery, with the cost covered by the customer.
Shipping Locations
- Contiguous U.S.: We offer free shipping on orders over $49 to the 48 contiguous states.
- Alaska & Hawaii: We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, with the customer responsible for shipping costs.
- APO, FPO, and U.S. Protectorates: We ship to APO, FPO, and U.S. Protectorates via USPS for an additional shipping charge.
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, ensuring reliable delivery with multiple shipping options.
Order Tracking & Status
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking updates. You can also track your order on our website through the Track My Order tool.
Delivery Times
- Economy Shipping: After your order ships, expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery times for expedited orders will vary based on the carrier and service selected at checkout.
Delivery Disclaimer
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package shifts to the customer. If there are any issues with delivery or if you believe your package is missing, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
Damaged Items & Returns
In case your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We also accept returns for unused items in their original packaging within 91 days of delivery. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy for more details.
