Neat Egg

It is perfect for recipes especially when it calls for one and a half eggs

I've been vegetarian for years, and used eggs in baking. I toyed with various kinds of egg-substitute but none were great. Once i became vegan, i needed an animal-free baking substitute for eggs. I made my own flax-eggs for a while but it's a bit more time consuming than just dumping a couple eggs in the mixer, but flax-eggs are vegan and not terrible in baked goods.I've been trying to save time and use a powdered egg replacer but it tends to make things drier than they should be and doesn't allow cakes to rise that high, or get super fluffy.This product is like a hybrid between flax eggs and egg replacer powder. It has some of the same ingredients all in one mix. Beat Egg makes for smoother, lighter cakes than flax-eggs. The taste of your finished product is identical to non-vegan cakes, cookies, etc. Plus, this is super easy to use..a tablespoon plus water..easy right?This is by far the best egg-substitute i've found for making fluffy, light, moist cakes. Definitely smoother than flax-eggs, and much better than powdered egg replacer. This product is simply amazing!!

I use this mostly for foods like breaded fish or chicken. It keeps the breadcrumbs on as well as egg does.

I am vegan and have used other egg replacements. However, this product truly works the best

This was a first time trying this product. Easy to make. I use it in a salad after cooking. What is cool about it is that you can use spices to give it whatever taste you like

My daughter has developed an issue with eggs and chicken. I used this in her birthday cake. They worked great! She said it was the best she has had.

I have used many egg replacers, trust me I would not use this even its last one on the earth
