Common Order Questions
Before You SubmitIf your item arrived with sharp dents, punctures, or broken seals, please submit a support request — we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Minor dents or surface imperfections may occur during shipping, but these do not affect product quality or safety as long as the packaging is intact and unpunctured.
Once we receive your request, our team will follow up by email. You’ll have the option to reply with a photo so we can quickly review and resolve the issue.
To pause, skip, change the frequency, swap products, update your payment method, or cancel your subscription, simply log into your customer account and access your subscription portal.
📌 Note: You must be logged in to access your subscription details.
🚫 Cancellations: Subscriptions require a minimum of 3 completed orders before they are eligible to be canceled. If you haven’t reached that minimum yet, cancellation will not be available.

Orders are processed the same business day if placed before 10 AM MST (Monday–Friday). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please allow 24 hours and check with household members or neighbors before contacting us — carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
