Ingredients
- 4 taco-style tortillas
- 1 can Loma Linda Thai Sweet Chili TUNO
Salsa:
- Juice from ½ lime
- 1 fresh mango, diced
- 1 tablespoon (17 g) fresh chopped cilantro
- ¼ cup (32 g) onion, diced
- 1 fresh red chili pepper, finely chopped (adjust for spice preference)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Prepare the Salsa: In a bowl, combine all salsa ingredients and set aside.
- Warm the TUNO: In a separate bowl, microwave the TUNO for 45 seconds or until warmed.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place a quarter of the TUNO onto each tortilla, then top generously with the mango salsa.
- Serve: Enjoy your Thai-inspired, plant-based tacos!
